Privacy Policy

This website belongs to Redding Wrap Company (RDG WRAP INC.), 2345 Hilltop Drive, Redding, CA 96002. This page explains what information the website collects and who else may receive it.

When you send a quote request, the form collects what you type and any photos or files you attach: your name, business name, phone number, email address, project details and files. We use it only to understand your project and get back to you with a quote.

Your request is emailed to the shop. This website does not store it. The email then sits in the shop's inbox like any other message, and we keep it for as long as we need it to quote and carry out your project. We do not sell your information.

The quote form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that runs only on the Get a Quote page. It is not switched on right now. If it is, Cloudflare receives technical details about your browser to tell people from bots, and this page will say so.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles technical details such as your IP address and browser type when your device asks for a page, so it can deliver the page and keep the site secure. Quote requests also pass through Cloudflare on their way to the shop's email.

Some pages show posts from our Instagram account: Our Work, Paint Protection Film, Community and About. These are provided by Instagram, which is owned by Meta. When a post loads, Meta may set cookies and collect information about your visit, such as your IP address and the page you are on, even if you do not click the post. The posts load only when you scroll to them.

We do not control what Meta collects. Its policy explains how it uses that information.

This website sets no cookies of its own and does not currently use analytics or advertising tools. The only cookies you may meet come from the Instagram posts described above. If we add analytics later, we will name it here first.

We do not track you across other websites, and we do not build profiles of visitors, so there is nothing on our side for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. Instagram posts come from Meta and may not respond to that signal.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have your quote request deleted, call us at 530-605-1337 or write to 2345 Hilltop Drive, Redding, CA 96002.
